From Friday 3rd to Monday 6th August the mountain Parmigiano Reggiano Festival marks its fiftysecond edition at Casine, a town located in Emilia-Romagna Region. Twentyfive cheese factories will introduce their products, hard cheese 24 and 30 months. There will be also many exhibitions, music shows for both adults and children. There will be tasting events and visitors will have the possibility to buy the products.
